She's a true believer that the best plans are built together, and she'll meet you exactly where you are to help you get back to what you love.
Outside the clinic, you'll find her cycling around the city, on the tennis court, crocheting, or upside-down at pole dancing class.
What Jonie’s Patients Are Saying
“It’s a pleasure to work with Jonie on my lower back pain during my pregnancy. I’ve been suffering from lower back pain for two years and it’s not getting better. Jonie offers a massage at the beginning of each session to relieve my pain. She also designed varied sessions of Pilates and weight training so I never feel bored! She carefully designed personalized exercises that I can easily do at home, which fit better with my situation and home workout setup. I really enjoy working with Jonie and look forward to continue working with her.” -Yi M.

Certified in the Barbell Rehab Method, Nick helps clients safely return to lifting while understanding the “why” behind their recovery. He’s dedicated to going above and beyond for his patients, building genuine connections that keep them engaged and confident throughout the process.
Outside of the clinic, Nick enjoys running, early-morning workouts, playing pick-up soccer and basketball, bowling, and walking his dog, Lily.
What Nick’s Patients Are Saying
“I have just completed 6 months of Physical Therapy for osteoarthritis in my back and knees with Nick. I have been in pain for several years and for the first time I have less pain on a consistent basis. I also feel stronger and believe I have the tools in my home program to continue to regain greater strength and mobility. Nicholas is kind and skillful and he listens. He knows the science of the human body and uses his analytical skill to problem solve therapy specific to my unique condition. I have no reservations about recommending him.” -Rebecca S.
DR. KEVIN FONG, PT, DPT, CSCS, CEAS
As a bay area native, Kevin strives to improve the health and well-being of those in the community that raised him. He’s been fortunate to help countless people with their rehab and recovery, including triathletes, semi-pro athletes, members of the San Francisco Ballet, Golden State Warriors, and San Francisco Giants organizations. However, what drives him the most is a deeply rooted passion for helping everyday individuals live everyday lives without pain.
Not to bore you with details, fast forward four years when Kevin received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of St. Augustine, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2015. Additionally, he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA in 2017 and Certified Office Ergonomics Specialist in 2020.
What Kevin’s Patients Are Saying
“Before Graspmore, I had been to 5-6 other PTs and none of them were able to help me the way Kevin has. He's clearly invested in seeing his clients succeed - every minute of every session is hands-on. He cares, listens, spends real time assessing what's happening. He's not just been able to reduce my pain levels, but also has been teaching me how to move better in the day-to-day, helping me understand the details of what's happening, and helping me adapt my routine so I can still stay active.” -Mary B.
DR. BENNY CHEUNG, DPT
Benny Cheung is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who graduated from the accelerated program at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA. His clinical focus is general outpatient orthopedics, where he has treated a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions across both younger and older patient populations.
Benny believes the best outcomes happen when patients understand their own bodies. His approach centers on education — giving patients the knowledge and context they need to make confident, informed decisions about their care, not just during treatment, but long after it ends.
He brings both clinical expertise and personal passion to strength training and sport conditioning, and that dual perspective informs how he thinks about movement, resilience, and long-term health. Outside the clinic, Benny roots hard for Bay Area sports, chases outdoor adventures, lifts weights, and is always on the lookout for the next great meal to cook or eat.
What Benny’s Patients Are Saying
“He took me through several diagnostic procedures, explaining his thought process the whole way through. I never felt lost as to what he was trying to do while we dialed in to the source of the issue. He seamlessly mixed manual therapy, exercises, interspersed with testing the same movement so I could feel how each type of therapy affected the injury. I walked away with a much more solid understanding of a very fresh injury, including a tentative diagnosis and places to stretch and strengthen.” -Renee K.
Henry Park, DPT, CSCS
Henry received his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, and brings over 15 years of international experience living and working in Canada and Australia. His diverse background has shaped a highly structured, detail-oriented approach to patient care, focused on long-term results—not quick fixes.
Henry specializes in working with high-level athletes, particularly in basketball, where performance, precision, and durability are key. He has extensive experience across professional sports including basketball, soccer, rugby, netball, and Australian football, and currently serves as Head of Performance for the Bahamas Men’s National Basketball Team. His goal is to help lead the team to qualification for the 2027 FIBA World Cup and 2028 Olympics.
As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Henry bridges the gap between rehab and elite performance—helping athletes not only recover, but return stronger, faster, and more resilient.
Outside of the clinic, Henry enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and two dogs. A proud Bay Area native, he’s a passionate supporter of all things Bay Area sports.
What Henry’s Patients Are Saying
“There’s a wide range of PTs — at one end of the spectrum are folks who find generic rehab routines online and have you run through them, checking in periodically between other patients; at the other end is Henry. He is with me the whole session, adapts to changes in my shoulder status, factors in my return-to-sport goals, and fields all sorts of oddball questions during our sessions in a way that demonstrates clear command of his craft. I’ve even asked questions about my knee in a shoulder session, and it’s clear that he has a ton of knowledge about movement and anatomy!” -Suvansh S.
